Why Am I Always Tired?
As a hairstylist of 20 years, I began to experience extreme fatigue and burnout from working behind the chair. I developed anxiety, hormonal imbalances and was constantly tired but wired. I’ve always prioritized my own health and wellness…. exercising, taking supplements, eating healthy, etc., but this was something new that I couldn’t fix with yoga and 10k steps. So I decided to dig deeper.
